Login Issues?

Quick Guide to Resolving Common Issues

Most login issues can be resolved on your own within minutes. Here is a quick guide for the most common situations kiss981th players encounter.

Forgot Password

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an OTP code to set a new password. This process is typically completed within 2 minutes.

Choose a new password that is long (minimum 8 characters) and different from your previous password.
Account Temporarily Blocked

After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. Please wait out the period before trying again, or contact customer support to have your account unlocked sooner.

Didn't Receive OTP

Make sure your phone has sufficient signal and SMS storage. Try requesting the OTP code again. If the issue persists for more than 5 minutes, contact kiss981th live chat support and we will help verify your identity through an alternative method.

24/7 Support: If none of the solutions above help, the kiss981th support team is ready to assist you at any time. Access live chat directly from the FAQ us.
FAQ

Login — Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, your kiss981th account can be accessed from multiple devices — desktop, phone, and tablet. However, for security purposes, you will be notified of active sessions from other devices. If you detect an unrecognised session, change your password immediately and contact our customer support.

Both methods are secure and use the same SSL encryption. However, the kiss981th app offers an additional layer of security through biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition) that is not available via a standard web browser. Download our app on the Download for the best experience.

This happens when your session expires after a long period of inactivity, or when you access your account from a new device. This is a standard security measure to protect your account. You can reduce how often this occurs by enabling the "Remember me" option on your personal device.

After logging into the kiss981th app for the first time, go to Account Settings and select "Security". From there, enable "Biometric Login" and follow the on-screen instructions to register your fingerprint or face. Once activated, you can log in with a single touch — no password required.

Act immediately: (1) Change your password right away. (2) Review your transaction history to identify any suspicious activity. (3) Enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already. (4) Contact kiss981th customer support via live chat and report the situation — we can temporarily freeze your account and investigate the reported activity.
